Bottler: Hepburn's Choice
Region: Speyside, Scotland
Nose: Light and creamy with a little salt and spice. Caramel, fudge and toffee, a touch of mild nougat and a slight tendency to clove.
Palate: Similar to the nose, but again significantly deeper and spicy. Prickles with pepper and a touch of paprika, sea salt and quite even even oak wood. The sweetness resembles canned mandarins in vanilla cream.
Finish: Long and light, but rather dry. A mixture of sweetness and spices, but this impression is also due to the pushing alcohol.
Conclusion: Young, honest and not bad at all.
