This whisky specialty was produced in 2009 from our red organic specialty malt, distilled 3 times and stored for 3 years in new barrels of American white oak. For final refinement and maturation (finishing) was relocated to EX PX-Sherry Quartercask. This noble sherry from the Pedro-Ximenez (PX) grape is leached during the intense ripening in the small barrels and gives AYRER's PX a unique aroma and a strong color. Not cold-filtered, not colored. AYRER's PX 56 is enjoyed pure or with a drop of water. 2 Quartercask are bottled - Limited edition about 200 bottles. Barrel 73 and 74
