Acacia honey, green wood.
Orange zest. Green apple. Black pepper grains.
Bouquet of mint. It's very fresh.
The water attenuates the woody bitterness and allows the fruit to express itself a little more.
On the palate the fruitiness is more apparent.
Apricot, juicy peach. Lemon candy that comes out even more with water.
We always have pepper and a wood better integrated than the nose.
Grass, a little pebble.
Honey is always present.
Finale on the wood with a bit of bitterness. Honey and pepper.
