The nose is not very nice but in the mouth the balance comes back.
Water really helps. (85 without, 86/87 with)
    • Nose

      Acacia honey, green wood.
Orange zest. Green apple. Black pepper grains.
Bouquet of mint. It's very fresh.
      Light flowers.

The water attenuates the woody bitterness and allows the fruit to express itself a little more.
    • Taste
      88 88
On the palate the fruitiness is more apparent.
Apricot, juicy peach. Lemon candy that comes out even more with water.
We always have pepper and a wood better integrated than the nose.
      Grass, a little pebble.
      Honey is always present.
    • Finish
      87 87
Finale on the wood with a bit of bitterness. Honey and pepper.

Not a Beginner's Dram with a demanding Nose but very, very rewarding if you give it some time.

    Very well selected!
    • Nose
Peaches, Oak, Vanilla, a creamy sweetness, Chili.

With Water there are Plums, stewed Apples, sweeter and spicier now with more Vanilla, heavy sweet Flowers (Almond blossoms, Magnolia).
    • Taste
Malty with a gingery sharpness at first. Black Pepper, Chili, Allspice.

A malty sweetness stays on the tongue.
    • Finish
Medium Long with a malty and buttery sweetness and all the facetts found on the Nose.
