- Very decent whisky with a lot of wax, petals, teen notes and a strong sharpness. Light ash and matchstick sulfur make it very interesting ... almost easy to drink. Not your typical Nevis.
- he is slightly straighter overall than the Best Dram 19 year old. Somehow more pleasing and rounder, with fewer corners and edges. Quite delicious, but by the grace not quite mine
dark, dry sweetness; the fino-sherry is clearly perceptible (I happen to have a fino-sherry open, the similarities are noticeable); Apricots, oranges and a little bananas; with a touch of raisins and chocolate; over time come ripe apples with cinnamon and cloves;
the alcohol tickles slightly in the nose;
After the first sip, the nose opens and the aromas become more intense
nice creamy; sherry again, sweet and bitter; Oranges, mandarins and apples; Pepper and nutmeg; slightly dry
medium to long; moist tobacco leaves, which is very reminiscent of the departure of Best Dram Ben Nevis 19yo; Also here is a very fruity sweetness on the palate
- Very tasty and tasty, for Ben Nevis almost a little too complacent, the 93 € are hard on the border.
sweet fruits, orange marmalade, peach compote, some Haribo Tropifrutti, then spicy, slightly spicy (cloves, ginger), is getting drier, dusty, old dry parsley
Fruit compote (fruit cocktail from the tin), with slightly bitter and exotic notes (blood orange, grapefruit), milk chocolate, drinking cocoa, velvety and soft in the mouth
long, warm, soft, creamy, milk chocolate ... a hint of dark berries and licorice
