I like it pretty much now. Not my favorite tobermory, but he does taste it.
Caramelized oatmeal. Grassy notes. Fresh hay. Maybe a little reminder of lavender. Immature kiwi. Cooling aromas. Some anise. Then citrus fruits. Lemon and grapefruit. Tree sap. Again and again mineral notes.
In the mouth already different. Sweetie first. Sugar beets. Forest honey. Then many mineral and earthy notes. Pebble beach by the sea. Wet humus. Kefir. Aromatic oak reminiscent of smoke. It is getting drier.
