Quite heavy on the nose, somewhat metallic and sulphury. not too thick in the sherry. oranges and apples are more dominant than the raisins/sultanas and chocolate.
on the mouth quite spicy, black and white pepper. Also a bit astringent. milkchocolate and tabacco. Additionally something sour. On the second taste, when the mouth is adjusted to the alcohol, more suble tones of oak and cherries show up.

the finish is hot, but shows surprisingly something soft creamy choco paste like.

a pub terrorist - rough unscheduled over alcoholized, on withdrawal with a bottle of water he is nicer, but he still stinks ... ne young we will not become friends
    • Nose
undiluted it stinks sulfurous, metallic, bitter and young from the glass - even 30 minutes later no improvement - spout? first of all water, more water. It is fruity, spicy malty, Teriyaki sauce, maple syrup, brutally sweet with delicate fruit notes, uncultivated - too young, with Cola he gets better :)
    • Taste
also heavily diluted sprittig with spicy alcohol, but now intense sweet sherry notes - especially red plums and chocolate, tobacco, oak, also here teriyaki sauce and Ricola Swiss herbal sugar, burnt caramel
    • Finish
sulphurous, woody, dry, hints of nuts, dirty, sweet sulfuric notes - medium length finish

    • Nose
Caramel, apple, cranberry, vanilla and liquorice. Later a little tobacco.
    • Taste
Caramel, mocha, cherry, apple, pepper, tobacco and oak.
    • Finish
      Toffee, mocha, cherry and tobacco.

A striking resemblance to Cask 918 can not be denied. The musty but fruity Sherry is great and whets the appetite for more. Delicious!
    • Nose
Intense fruity sherry jumps in my face. Again, this strange muff as in Cask 918. Citrus fruits, better said oranges and some apricot join the musty sherry. The over 60% alcohol content is absolutely not disturbing.
    • Taste
Undiluted the first sip. Briefly flashes the voluminous sherry before violent oak notes numb the mouth. Nevertheless, it creates a great aroma. After adding a little water it gets milder but also more musty again. Hay and straw mix with fruity sherry. The oak notes are more discreet and pleasing. A slightly spicy and peppery mouthfeel arises.
    • Finish
The spiciness and the pepper slowly fade away. The fine woody aromas and the fruity sherry exude a long, chubby warmth. The heat turns into a fine nut aroma. The mustiness of the nose and the taste are found around the finish again.
