    N: Notes on grasses in dry/scorched earth are equal to the soured-milk/cream, cardboard-huskiness and the general savoury=sweet<sour maltiness. With water, and over time it becomes far sweeter, with a little ginger cake, vanillas and spirulina-date-coconut-banana bars - [Raw Revolution]. Balances itself nicely, establishing itself as splendid sweet=sour speysider.
    T: Needs some water. Then its a woody, sweet one that allows the spirit to shine. Its a one hit job but it a good hit. Lingers,...... Later, that banana note really shines on arrival.
    F: Dryish grain spirit with some sweetish vanillas that soften the sourness with fruity, datey bananas. Sweet<>sour all the way
    C: Goes from sour to sweet. Really enjoyable, especially the nose and the contrast between the head to the tail - but its hard to get this one under control. Needs heaps of water, but doing so will bring out that hard-oaked distillate. A another good Dailuaine.

    SMWS Tasting Notes
    Colour: Brassy gold 
    Flavour: Juicy, oak & vanilla 

    This opened with calming vanilla notes, unctuous pineapple
    and coconut shavings. Then, coconut oil was drizzled on fresh oak shavings,
    whilst lemon bonbons were shuffled in a white paper bag. Over time, rich and
    heady incense smouldered on a well polished desk as mixed fruits (cranberry,
    dark cherries, oranges) sat nobly in a fruit bowl. Bursting with mouthwatering
    juicy fruits, balanced with wood spice, the palate continued to delight with
    creme anglaise, rhubarb, a touch of lime basil and ginger and chilli oomph!
    Water brought "liquified Bounty bars'", dark chocolate and dried
    heather notes. An incredibly juicy experience culminated in tropical desserts
    served on a freshly charred oak stave.
