Pretty pleasant but not too exciting. Some sweet notes, some fruits. Just a good step-in whisky of some time ago.

Nose

A little hint of peat, tea, sweet notes, marzipan. Then some orange and mineral notes. Also some whiffs of coconut. Pretty light scent.

Taste

Immediately a somewhat drying mouthfeel, pickering. Sweet, orange, licorice. Pretty full for such a low Abv.

Finish

Still some pickering, fruity and sweet, some citrus/orange, winegums, a tad short finish.

Earthy peat, dark tea, mineral, cold smoke. Marzipan, sherry, dunnage, licorice.

Thin, a bit perfumed, still earthy smoke.

Lingering finish, with pepper, earthy peat smoke, marzipan

A medium and firm body.

Nose

Fragrant, leafy pettiness. Touch of dry oloroso.

Taste

Interlocked heather-honey sweetness and pear-smoky dryness.

Finish

Echoes of both elements. Quick and warming.
