today it was very simple ...

- A Caol Ila where sherry is little felt. The whole remains very nice and very well done 87 + / 88-
well iodized, lemony, fresh. Smoke, green apple and ashes. Made young enough
Rather greedy, oily, sensation of icing sugar, ashes, smoke, iodine. Alcohol very well integrated. Slight notes of plum brandy (maybe sherry) Water brings nothing, if not bitterness
Long, on the ashes, iodine, plum brandy, icing sugar. Peppery touch
- Proefolympics Leader Day sample 3.
- Blind tasting of a sample. Thought it was a Ledaig. It's OK, but overpriced.
Sweet tangerine, peat, pepper, caramel and cardboard. With water less sweet: More citrus and the peat turns more vegetal.
Peat, orange, pepper and caramel.
Peat, dark chocolate, orange, lemon and caramel.
