For me an underrated Ben Nevis!
-
Salt, wax and citrus at the beginning, orange and tropical fruits (maracujaa, mango, kiwi) follow, also mint and leathery aromas are in the nose, earthy and liquid wax again and clear marimite impressions!
-
Maritime-salty on the palate, again clearly wax, lemon zest, malt sweetness and honey are clearly through, a little glue and an association to juniper, herbs such as rosemary, fennel and mint, pleasantly earthy; not as pronounced tropical-fruity as the nose, but again clearly maritime! And the green, slightly sour apples are not to be forgotten!
-
Medium long, pleasant, dry and with not too little lemon out the back!
