Moderate peat, it is especially the malt which takes the ascendant from the start. Very strong, limit too much. Vanilla too. Yeasts? It's young, not very expressive.
Peat takes rubbery accents with water, and nothing is regulated at the level of alcoholic integration.
It's already more fruity and more balanced, but the influence of sherry does not seem obvious to me.
The spices are enhanced with a little water.
Persistent and spicy, it is also a little rough, even with water.
