    It's a Cooley.
    • Nose
Very light peat. Small attack on the fruit of passion Sweet honey Light earth. Pine cone. Not too dirty.
    • Taste
Very fruity on the palate always a fruit salad with syrup. Mango pineapple fishing The peat finally comes out without being excessive Light anise. Cinnamon. Pepper.
    • Finish
Final in the continuity mainly of the fruit. Liquorice

Hints of peat and the expected exotic fruits, works very well!

    Quite a good dram !!
    • Nose
From the start, a big exotic kick hits the nostrils. Mango, passion, a little coconut, citrus, all enhanced by a hint of peat. It is subtly farmed with aeration. Superb!
    • Taste
The mouth is powerful, with a lot of exotic fruits. The very fine peat remains discreet but noticeable. The wood is expressed by a touch of spicy spices (ginger, chili) or not (cinnamon, nutmeg).
    • Finish
Long, spicy, pleasantly fruity and bitter, a bit like an API. A hint of grapefruit appears.

Nose: Smoky-fruity-sweet! Lime juice, bananas, mango, peaty smoky malt with cinnamon tips and wet cardboard. With honey and rhubarb flavors. Accompanied by the smoke throughout!
Taste: Creamy fruit yoghurt with an ultra-peppery and smoky flavor. Nutmeg, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, sweet peat, bay leaves, mint and again and again the piercing fruit components (leading banana) from the nose.
Finish: Long salty, fresh and minty fruit. Green lemons and bananas again - just delicious! The smoky spice and the fruity parts remain until the very end.
Comment: A grandiose Irish Malt to celebrate the birth of Julian by Laura, Ronald & The Auld Alliance Singapore - thanks Ronald!

Very interesting bottle and quite difficult to describe the flavours.  Get a note of menthol cough drops coming through, as if I am inhaling clean winter air in Ireland.
