- A hot, boring grain whisky. Hot alcohol on the nose, wheat and cereal too. Then honey and vanilla after it breathes. Hot alcohol on the palate, and cheerios. Long, peppery finish that stays forward in the mouth.
- I went foot-stomping grapes in a lovely Italian vineyard. The family I met there was living in a chocolate covered gingerbread house with a fudge-log chimney. In the backyard there was a pond filled with vanilla ice cream soup. I dove in but swallowed too much pond water, gave me a terrible brain-freeze. Luckily they had some steamed rum on hand. That took care of the brain-freeze toot-sweet.
