For me, a classically matured whisky, has a clear old school character, a little more complexity and percent would do well for him.
In the beginning, a lot of fruit and sweetness, ripe fruit, rosehip tea, caramel and after a while, the oak, the barrel shows up. In this case, could even be a pure bourbon barrel ripening.

It shows the same flavors as in the nose, the Fasscharakter is a bit more dominant, for me a touch weaker than the nose.
