without being slack, with delicious pastry notes and (of course) old-school profile.
Apricot and marzipan croissants, grandmother's old chest of drawers aka OBF, some hemp rope, then especially delicate but intensely fragrant honey notes, speculoos batter, vanilla croissants - yummy!
Gentle, with a light rum pot-like note of vanilla, warm croissant with Norman butter, silky, slightly oily, and at the same time subtle but clearly inspiring tropical fruits in the background as well as cinnamon and cardamom (if you take a bigger sip and chew properly) and spicy, creamy honey .
And then the highlight: freshly squeezed sugar cane juice (anyone who has tried this before knows how delicious it is).
The pastry and spice notes remain for quite a while, less spectacular than harmoniously ending in major - the sample was just on the piano;)
