- A good sherry mole, very dense and saturated in all components, very vigorous, active.
Restrained, dry, spicy wood, Indian incense, raisins, prunes, kvasnoe wort, caramel, fallen foliage, herbarium, dried apples, shortbread cake with jam.
Dense, powerful, astringent oak, cappuccino, sweet caramel-candy notes, licorice, a little pepper.
Soft, warming, cappuccino, sour prunes, soft oak notes, cinnamon, raisins, ginger candied fruits.
- Excellent Arran, typical profile of candy sugar, vanilla and lime.
