I was kind of warned for this one, but thought it couldn't really be that bad. Well, it could!
This has really nothing to do with whisky, it really feels like drinking something that is not meant for drinking. Some kind of chemical poisoned fluid.
But, I don't regret tasting this, at least it's kind of a reconfirmation that not all whisky is at least drinkable (my first confirmation was with P&M's Esprit de Corse, which is totally different from this one but even as bad).

Wow, rubber, livestock manure, and a chemical, fake leather smell. Plastic. It smells like the 'cheap shoes' department of the Scapino.
At least it doesn't smell like whisky at all.

Oh my, it tasts as it smells... chemical, plastic, rubber, fake leather. No such things as normally eatable or drinkable stuff. Or maybe it should be a far far hint of caramel.

Very short and powerless, which is actually a positive experience in this case. Still some plastic and chemical stuff, and maybe a little of poor quality cappuccino.

I'll give it a two. Just in case there should ever be a Whisky that could be even worse

    • Nose
Seriously? A sea of burning car tires and the smell of a burned condom factory flows towards me. Exorbitantly intense gum notes mate with my glass. Phew, I have to rinse it several times afterwards. The absurd idea goes on: Chemically, with plenty of glue (Pattex) and diesel. After 15 minutes, I perceive musty fruit notes. Rotten apples, a splash of lime juice and a little honey / vanilla follow. The anticipation of the tasting is about Marianengraben level.
    • Taste
Very oily mouthfeel, pleasantly soft on the palate. The massive gum notes are strongly dominant at the beginning, but after a few seconds noticeable (thank God!) After. Smoke, diesel, bright fruits, vanilla and hints of spicy oak notes attract attention. If this violent rubber impact were not, the malt would not be so wrong. After all, I like the taste a little better than the nose - even if "fallen" is still expressed very euphemistically. The second sip makes the strange chaos on the palate not really better.
    • Finish
Unfortunately, long. Plenty of diesel, smoke, some gum and a hint of vanilla make up the finish. Spicy notes flash noticeably. The oak provides a bit of bitterness at the very end.

Nose: damn own but also somehow interesting. Burnt rubber, NYM cable, cheese feet, lots of wood, behind the whole muff hides a malty sweetness, mint and some overripe plums
Taste: Diesel exhaust, old gammeliger wood, in the sun more brittle gum ^^, much malty sweetness, black pepper and in the long finish is still a bitter oak note added.
Have had worse but rarely what "own". I find the interesting and can well imagine the curiosity now and then pour into the glass.

This is just unnosable, unpalatable, unswallowable whisky (?)

Loads of bicycle inner tube. Have you ever tasted, on the tip of your finger, when you were a kid, this rubbery and bittery white powder you get in the inner side of a freshly cut inner tube?)

Add a dash of rose water, some overcooked unrinsed rice that stayed in its staling water for some days, and you'll get the picture...

Probably one of the very worst beverage I've been tasting in years.

    And I've tasted quite some.

Weird part :) If it smells outside, like on the doorstep, like from this glass, then the environmental office is certainly not far, hihi ... Should you have tried to expand his whisky treasure.

  7. dominikbraun scored this whisky 57 points Expert Senior

It actually undercut my already low expectations.
    • Nose
      60 60
Sports shoe department, burning street barricades, May riots, fake leather belts, oil beach, tire changes, burning model trains.
    • Taste
      55 55
Diesel, bitter oak notes, electric motor, rubber mallet and bicycle chains.
    • Finish
      55 55
      Unfortunately long.

The worst whisky I ever tasted and it's not even close!

Rightly badly rated. And for the price a cheek.
    • Nose
      35 35
Muffiger boiler room (diesel and soot), dirty cloths with old machine oil. Then a hint of pear, citrus and vanilla, but always in the background.
    • Taste
      25 25
Wäääh, I can hardly describe that. Like chewing on a rag with which you just cleaned a motor. Bitter, sour, "dirty", sooty, just not nice. I got goose bumps from it unbelievably.
    • Finish
      30 30
Unfortunately, rather long. There remains a metallic aftertaste and the desire to brush your teeth.

  10. Calmar scored this whisky 60 points Connoisseur

Oh yeah, the real Japanese thrash whisky, the back side of the moon, we all certainly suspected that shitty Japanese whisky exists and so it turned out - that's it :)) Naphthalene and burnt plastic, a mass of shades of dust and insect repellent - not all "Japanese "are equally useful.
    • Nose
Primitive, simple, dusty cardboard boxes, dry wood, some unpleasant mixture of herbs and grass, again dust, plastic, naphthalene, some sort of insecticide.
    • Taste
Watery, again herbal-medicinal, unpleasant, oily, pepper, cardboard, burnt plastic, uzhos, in general.
    • Finish
      Pepper-dusty, astringent oak, plastic notes.
