On the nose, grassy, green fruits and vanilla, then flowers!
On the palate, peppery spicy, white grapes apples, it's quite sweet, but without any real consistency! In the final, vanilla sweetness, it's fast simple, without too many returns! A dram very simple, but that does not leave important memory!

Certainly a good start for the company. If their future distillery produces anything close to this quality, than they have something good to build on.
    • Nose
A bit prickly, but behind it is a grassy and light aroma with green apples and hints of butterscotch and sweet vanilla in the background.
    • Taste
Nicely balanced. Ripe banana, juicy grapes and sweet sugary malt influences. Silky and velvety mouthfeel, with only a pinch of black pepper.
    • Finish
A good length with notes of grape juice and honey.
