This is a really tricky whisky! I never tasted one like this. To be honest, not my favorite ...

Acidic, hints of caramel, wooden and herbal. A little bit like a wood or tree gum. Some ham or a pork loin during you roast it. It sounds weird, bit it is unique and interesting, although a bit scary.

Really strong and sour herbs, sherry and wood. Some odd notes remind of savoury food, maybe tomato soup and goat cheese.
