- Well, what shall I do with this whisky? It is a nice series of bottles for the collector.
At least I have this series because I am also a series collector. However, this whisky was a bit disappointing with a private tasting. I do not know whether it is between the ears, but the younger the bottle the more the whisky I liked. Of the whole series, this Ledaig is the best and most tasty one.
Peat, toffee, orange, ginger and hay.
Peaty and gingery. Citrus, gingerbread and pepper.
Peat, gingerbread, extra ginger.

Oily, peat, roasted barley and iron.
Sweet barley, smoked ham, briny - salt, ashes and whole meal bread.
Salty and briny.
