  1. Calmar scored this whisky 87 points Connoisseur

Very pleasant whisky, strong and bright aroma, sunny, festive, very rich and complex, taste / finish, unfortunately, they do not hold such a high bar, but by themselves they are quite good, although slightly minimalistic.
    • Nose
Restrained, moist, first nose - moist, green leaves; freshly sawn boards, fruit and floral notes - peaches, apricots, apples, wildflowers; sweet citrus fruits - orange, mandarin, a little lime and lemon; sweet lemonade shades, some mineral tones - stone dust, plaster; grain, carpentry workshop.
    • Taste
Dense, rich, wood grain, sweet creamy vanilla and pastry shades, nuts, leather goods, lemonade notes, a little pepper, grapefruit peel.
    • Finish
Spicy, warming, leather goods, grain, oak, a little ginger, vanilla, apple seeds, apricot kernel, orange peel and grapefruit.

  2. Kensay scored this whisky 87 points Expert Senior

Simple enough, drinkable, pleasant and very balanced molt, a cool dozen of old school
    • Nose
rich, fruity, honey, ripe apple, grapefruit, peaches. Simple enough and at the same time very addicting.
    • Taste
the flavor continues its aroma, simply, fresh and fruity, but there is nothing annoying or superfluous
    • Finish
the finish is creamy-herbal, as if drinking tea on field herbs, not very long, but very pleasant

  3. ColdAesthetics scored this whisky 82 points Connoisseur

Very nice old standard, the bitter note would not end if he had got 1-2 points more.
    • Nose
Nice, light nose, all kinds of flowers, a lot of pear and light honey, vanilla and toffee, fresh green apple and peach brandy, a little alcoholic, grassy, ginger and a hint of white pepper, lemongrass
    • Taste
Pear, sweet, light honey, ginger, grass, lemongrass, green tea, green apple, lemon peels, more acidic than in the nose, flowers, light oak, light malt, a little nutty to the end, peach kernels, then he is a little bitter unfortunately
    • Finish
Hazelnuts, malt, young oak, tea, lemon peel and ginger, a bit nutmeg, short to medium long

  4. Allandale scored this whisky 82 points Connoisseur

    • Nose
Flower pedals. lemon grass. Rooty. Ginger. Cedar. Oak.

Colour: between amber and gold, nice legs

Nose: easy on the nose, grassy, bit of hay, hint of caramel, malty
Taste; fruity, grassy, a bit of honey/caramel
Finish: a bit thin, starts spicy but milder fruity after-taste.
Price: when I bought it is was relatively cheap
    Presentation: love the bottle

  7. St. Pauli scored this whisky 82 points Connoisseur

A friendly and good Speysider. An essential dram in the past, now still good (yet risen in price as it isn't produced anymore)
    • Nose
As expected: herbal and fruity. The herbal side dominates, think of hay. The fruit shows itself with tinned peach and green apple. There's a fair amount of vanilla. Not overly complex but pleasant.
    • Taste
Similar to the nose, albeit a bit more complex. It has an extra layer of caramel and marzipan. It's a little less fruity on the other side.
    • Finish
Quite long, peppery, but with this gentle combination of hay, fruit, marzipan.
