Very much spirit driven, but I think to it's a detriment. Feel like this style is like Glenmorangie and would benefit greatly in ex-wine or various other casks, this does show off the baseline spirit of the distillery. Wouldn't pay what I paid ($80 USD from an online retailer).

      82 82
Grassy, slight lemon, citrusy, light vanilla
    • Taste

White pepper, then lemon oil, hay, sweet lemon, very light malty sugariness.
    • Finish

Probably the best part, despite it being a lighter style. Vanilla creaminess and grassy yet again. Lasts longer than one would expect given the style and age, and the non-active casks used as this is more spirit driven.

If you are after a fruiter style the Glencadam 10 is much better.
    • Nose
Not a good nose, alcohol burn, grassy.
    • Taste
      Mouth grassy, not pleasant.
