Although matured for 6 years, one has the impression of drinking a newmake. However, this is the most mature of all three, but still he could have stayed twice that time again. Water does not help much with the general immaturity of bottling. Furthermore, the differences between the 3 Threeland bottlings are very marginal.

Wow. After ~ 1350, whiskys tasted a real low. I can not find it interesting or believe it, it has to be like this or it will already have its target group. Despite all tolerance and love for crazy stuff - I think (today) totally failed. But there are still 2cl, gives a 2nd chance. Edit: Nachverkostung 3 weeks later - in the smell at first a few sour & bread notes, otherwise full confirmation. I do not like distilling a distillery, and considering the few descriptions so far, I have a bit of a bad conscience writing this, but the 3 threelands I've tried (2x) have been (compared to several other DA-CH whiskys ) THE shot in the oven. Is it up to me, is it the whisky? No idea, but I think I am otherwise fair and very open to "other", interesting and funky whisky. But Threeland and I will not be friends for now.
