My memory is reassured, it's still very good.
Not extraordinarily complex, of course, but at least with a real "Japanese character", the one that made me love whiskey at the base.
The nose, not particularly expressive or extravagant, is all the same very pleasant.
It's very melted, balanced, round, balanced, and very little sticks out.
The fruit is soft, waxed, with a little peach, apple, plum.
We have a light spray, with fresh acacia honey.
A very light vanilla wood completes the walk, without the slightest note of bitterness.
In the mouth, we can say that we continue in the line of the nose. It's still so round.
We start on one side a floral, to follow on the white and yellow fruit. Apple, peach, apricot.
Always a nice dose of acacia honey, with a light wood, and some spices. Pepper, cinnamon.
Obviously it's a bit soft, but it wouldn't be the same whiskey with more alcohol. It's all in the fade once again.
The finish is slightly sweet, on malt, barley, honey, and mirabelle plum.
We have a nice spray again.
It's spicier and harsher than on the palate, and it ends on a light green apple skin.
