Had the chance to taste it again two years later.
Always very good. But we could still have more, I stay a little on my hunger.

    Enthusiasm Nose 4/5 Mouth and finish 5/5 Whisky n ° 1607
    • Nose
Pretty close to a littlemill with these vegetal notes and these stewed fruit. It is powerful initially, however. Almost alcoholic, but fortunately this impression disappears in favor of a discreet woody, milk chocolate. Honey asserts itself. It evolves towards something delicate and flowery.
    • Taste
What a velvety! Creamy malt. No spice attack, but we find them at the end of the mouth. The beautiful part returns to the fruits!
    • Finish
Peach and apricot, in strength and nuance! Citrus touch. Silky softness, enveloping.

Very sweet and nice. Drink when you want subtlety, while looking for an assumed character.
    • Nose
The nose is pretty close to what we expect from him. Good sweetness cereal, miélée. We have yellow fruits and it is slightly flowery. Apricot, lemon. White flowers and a little jasmine.
After opening even more honey and white flower, and a tiny bit of plastic. Mandarin also appears.
    • Taste
Continue in the mouth on the sweetness of the nose. Fruit mainly, apricot and mandarin. A little pepper. A slight woody touch. Always misshapen without the mouth being oily.
    • Finish
Average final. On cardamom, cinnamon. Cornflakes with honey.

    Cadenhead Notes:

Summer 2015 Small Batch. A very limited vintage

Nose    Herbal with a rich sweet honey glazed ham with mulled wine, blackberry jam and vanilla pods deliver a complex sweetness to the nose.

Palate    More rich jammy fruity notes on the taste with growing spices of cloves and cinnamon. This dram grows and grows on the palate, an amazing rich middle palate.

Finish    Dried bananas and lime pickle come through with natural yoghurt and strawberries. Just like the middle palate the finish has a growing richness.
