Patchy oak and fruitiness. Fresh. Acts young.
He is nothing or no bourbon. For example, I prefer a Four Roses Yellow Label.

Not bad. So on less than 2 years I would not have typed, which seems much riper (only the artificial note is a bit treacherous), the "pressure aging" seems to bring something (even if the question remains in mind, whether instead instead of more time would have made even better). With 25 € even very fair prizes, considering what pharmacy prices for such "experimental products", especially from small distilleries / newcomers otherwise required. As a Bourbon lover, you can definitely recharge.
    • Nose
starts (after a previously tasted 46%) very intense and fresh, between the famous Bourbon-note and a slightly artificial, exotic fruitiness, then sweet, apricot, to custard, milk chocolate, a little cinnamon and pepper
    • Taste
here, too, pretty intense for 40%, milk chocolate, Toffifee, milk coffee ... to orange marmalade (but again slightly artificially) ... about Soft Cake Orange by Griesson
    • Finish
mild, sweet, soft, milk chocolate, a pinch of white pepper
