Delicate sherry nose. Toffee, Milk chocolate. Jammy. Soft spices. Raspberries- Apricots. Vanilla Rich. Then slightly darker With time With Christmas cake
Coating mouthfeel. Jammy. Cardamom. Grapefruit. Caramel. Earl grey tea. Vanilla. Hazelnuts
Long and gentle bitterness. Vanilla through and trough in this dram. Still jammy. Spices. With more time, mocca / coffee.
- I tasted this one at the distillery and it was to much vanilla for my personal liking!!
- this is just a very good bourbon whisky
It is quite simple but very good balanced with nice smells of coffee and varnish and pencil. In the taste lot of vanilla and all sorts of new oak and a spicy touch.
