Simple, but very heartwarming.
I will only blame him for a small excess of alcohol in the mouth.
-
We start with very pretty scents of ripe orange.
Varnished wood, milk chocolate, cloves.
Rusk, cereal (barley), a little warm bread.
A little green tea, almost matcha, it's quite surprising!
With aeration, we have a little exoticism that appears, still more on the citrus register. Kumquat, ripe papaya. -
On the palate, we start with a slight woody bitterness.
Alcohol surprises me, with a little ginger, white pepper.
Then we go on to orange jam, clementine (Christmas is coming, it seems) and its zest. Gourmet at will.
Always milk chocolate, with a bouquet of fresh mint and a little Greek sideritis. Very cool ! -
The finish is quite exotic, with papaya, mango and still a nice dose of orange / clementine.
To accompany it, chocolate and always mint, and sideritis.
Light smoke.
It's fresh, and very easy to drink.
We keep a herbaceous freshness and orange zest in the mouth for many minutes after finishing the glass.
