Nose: Mild earthy, salty, maritime. Behind it come hay meadow, mineral aromas, mango and various culinary herbs. Also paprika is to be heard in the nose.
Palate: First as water, then much drier. Slightly mineral and salty, a mild aroma of malt and rye, some toffee and pepper.
Finish: medium length, sea salt, pepper and a slightly bitter sweetness.
Conclusion: Simple, young but already harmonious.
