- Tasting Notes:
- Solid Longworth, who did not disappoint.
Ripe fruit and citrus are poured with honey, all in peat moss. And some of the smoke and the dullness of the dull wood will look at us in the second wave. (85 b)
Lightly oily on tongue. First, it is very sweet (honey, vanilla), the sweetness gradually disappears and the word is peat and citrus. (85 b)
- This malt is quite flat, there isn't anything more than peat and pepper. Quite the malt if you want to go from the Oban and Taliskers to the Lagavulins and Ardbegs.
Peppery with hints of peat, sea salt and dried seaweed (the stuff they wrap around Sushi).
Really peppery with some peat and there is a malty note like rusk and biscuits. There isn't any fruit at all.
Full with the pepper. The salt has turned more sweat, into sugar.
