Pear, a little peach, malt and later grass and biscuit notes. Cake dough and a lot of honey. Caramel is added when heated, malt becomes stronger and pear drops again.
Strong onset, alcohol and acetone notes. Herb herbal notes and initial fruit develop into chocolate and honey, distinct oak.
The chocolate notes give way to the honey, which is backed by pleasant tannins. Slowly, overall, sounds medium long.
