Tasted this dram during a Hunter Laing Tasting, by Mr Scott Laing, March 2017
Nose: some typical sherry casks influences. bit nutty and fruity. well in balance with the inchgower spirit, i detect some hazelnuts and white grapes
Taste: follows the nose, no real development here.
finish: a bit sharp and astringent, some spicey heat on the tongue is detected in a while. Also a bit dry
