Vegetal peat, but very mild. Some burnt paper.
Sweet wine and some eathy or nutty notes from the sherry I guess.
Even some mint. Some sweet winegummy fruits.
Taste: Sweet and Salt. Later some peppery spices. Mouthfeel starts watery with sweet fruits, but gets fuller and gets smokier.
Finish: ashy peat. Salt and pepper.
Great pairing with some cured cheese!
