The nose is more restrained now and some of the fruitiness appears to have gone. There are a few toffee notes now.
Palate is really good and even sweeter now the water has opened it up a little.
Finish seems a little longer and still sweet and very smooth.
I really like Ben Nevis in general and this is an excellent independent bottling.
The proverbial fruit basket but white fruits, apple, pear and maybe tangerine (sweet orange). Leave it a while and there is honey mixed in.
Creamy mouthfeel and again very fruity and sweet.
Honeycomb/cinder toffee, pear, mango.
Medium length but very smooth with it.
