Vanilla, malt with citrus notes and sweetness.
Malt, caramel and chocolate (very interesting)
Sweetness, malt, light spicy, long harmonious finish.
- This has been in a sherry cask but that must have been a re-re-re-fill or a very shy sherry cask. There are some reminiscence sherry aroma's but not much. Malt, oak, cereal and barley are the main features of this malt. That said, it's very interesting & engaging and it will keep you busy for some time to get all the aroma's out.
