Whisky Reviews for Springbank 10-year-old
3 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 91.29 points
- A little less fruity than the 12yo from the jugs but on the otherhand a bit more mineral notes which is also typical Springbank - very good
Dry hay, citric, fruity, hints of overripe fruits and old books, honeydew, little bit of pears and apples too, stones and minerals
Oily, creamy, pears, peaches, subtle sweetness, creme brulee, sweet corn, limestone
Medium long, warm, more going into grapefruits
- better as the black jug!
Tasted both head to head...
This one was bottled in the seventies
