- Solid and "beefy".
Empty glass smells like malty rice crispie.
First impression is deep note on old wood.
Sherry and raisins.
Musky peach skin and a little apple.
Dark, robust, sweet and peppery.
Coffee notes and dark chocolate.
Coffee remains, also the warmth of pepper.
More fruit at the end, lasting quite a bit.
- On this whisky I like everything, especially the multi-faceted seasoning. Overall, very intense and balanced, you get the desire for more.
