A very young blend as seasoning and alcohol are very intrusive. So rum is not mine. We do not find together.

Alcohol with a piercing nose who sniffs too early. With some time in the glass plus water it gets better. Then comes vanilla and apple pie with fruit compote.

Sweet and sour, he launches vigorously. He keeps me awake and wild. Otherwise quite an apple, sometimes vanilla and then light herbs with lots of sugar. Well. It's OK.

Means with a rather spicy sour note!?. Or rather we say "strange". Definitely comes from the appropriate youth. We will not become friends. Unfortunately not mine

Color: bleached, straw, light Consistency: thick-lipped, strong drops form, which flow down quickly Nose (glass): fresh with a sparkling pepperiness, it literally buffs on the nose, roasted aromas, chocolate. Is there a slight hint of smoke at the very back? The Pfeffrigkeit from the beginning has disappeared and it shows a pleasant, not too dominant sweetness, coupled with a floral note. My nose also showed signs of grapefruit. Heated, it looks a bit earthy on me. Above all hovers a nice rum note, but leaves the other flavors space. I think the longer he lusts, the clearer is the rum note, and a slightly dry-grassy note comes along, just as nice.
Now the whiskey has also been enough in the Bukanter, so this is now his turn.
Nose (Bukanter): fir flavors, sweetish. The rum comes more clearly forward, nougat, chocolate
Palate: mild and soft, a palate flattering. Rum notes, nice sweetie. Over time, he begins to tingle in the mucous membranes and on the tongue, not strong, but noticeable. The third sip then shows a pleasant dry note. Again, I think to have noticed floral impressions, more towards flower than grass or hay.
Finish: also mild and soft, nicely warming in the stomach (and even after the third sip) and also here are beautiful rum aromas, which remain persistent.
My conclusion: Even today I had a delicious Leisetreter in the glass. Without corners and edges, just very nice round. And as I wrote above, the rum will become more apparent over time. Unfortunately the bottle is empty,

This is not an Irish Whiskey anymore, this is essentially Abuelo Añejo. Still tasty though...
