N- Tea-ish sweet malt. Buttery ripe fruits with thick earthiness at the back that evolve to nutty oil, candy fruits, sugared glace beets and vegetables sticks. Bitter herbs and sweaty laundry underlay with smoky rustiness. Some Cedar.

P- Powerful bites despite only at 51.9%, spicy, peppery, grilled apricot, peaches that are quite nice, but appeared wee pale and one dimensional.

F- Medium-long, mouth-wash cooling effect, with subtle minty sweetness, clean, direct, lack filler to go for the distance.

amazing dram, superb in the taste, with an adorable long finish
    • Nose
notes of coffee and vanilla fudge, even tobacco
with lapsang souchon tea(one of my fav's).
lots of spices, ginger snd cardamom?
    • Taste
rum and lots of fruit, then peat, some
      pepper, salt and chocolate(mmmmm)
    • Finish
very long with lots of pepper and peat.

Very recommendable but don't expect a typical Talisker. Unfortunately there were only 82 bottles produced.
    • Nose
Quite mellow and very untypical for Talisker. Rum, mirabelle, white coffee, ginger ale and vanilla. Really a nice surprise.
    • Taste
Rich, sweet, balanced and again very untypical for a Talisker. Very very fruity. Firstly mirabelle schnapps and rum. Than rice pudding and typical Talisker flavors come up like pepper and a little peat. Delicious.
    • Finish
      Long, peppery and peaty.
