: A nice peaty sherry well balanced.
No dominance of
one or the other but rather a beautiful alliance of 2.
Nose first on the
caramel, dried fruits and chocolate.
Peat, on the
smoked fish and tar, is well integrated with nice notes
marine, iodine and algae.
The addition of water makes
bring out the sherry notes.
Attack on peat, more on cold ashes this time.
The mouth evolves
then on the black and dry fruits, with a beautiful gluttony,
almost on the fruit jam.
The addition of water attenuates
peat and highlights the fruits.
The final is more
marked by sherry on chocolate and orange.
