- Nose: honeyed cookies, peach, mango, pear, green apple and a little tangerine. With water and some 30 minutes there's also lychees, roasted peanuts and some mint.
Taste: white bread dipped in honey, ripe yellow fruits like peach and mango, a mild herbal note, mint and a whiff of pepper. Water and time especially bring the minty notes to the front.
Finish: not that long considering the age of this bottling, honey, mild oak spices, a little liquorice with faint aniseed, white pepper.
- N: Ripe yellow fruits, cereals, white peach, green apples, orange honey, light grapes, pysalis, nuts, overripe pears, a certain dryness, red pepper.
P: Apple quince compote, Gewürztraminer, Williams pears and almonds.
F: Rather short, little mint, apple compote and black pepper.
- Aroma: canned fruits, punch, grated coconut, slightly medicated Taste: white wine, molasses, oak, rum, citrus fruits
