- 87/88. Compared it to cask 72, which doesn't have that dirty touch at all.
Salted caramel, cherry, prune and raspberry. Initially dirty with a whiff of sulphur. With water it gets smoother with some apple.
Toffee, cherry, bramble, pepper and clove. Also here some apple comes through when adding water.
Toffee, cherry, cocoa, cereals and apple.
- Very glad I could still find this bottle. Bottled in june 2007 and bought in february 2015...
A bit pungent, spicy, a little bit of acetone-like but after a while more of the sherry notes
Wow, a hint of cinnamon followed by raisins and dried fruits, a hint of chocolate as well. It's a young whisky but it has a nice medium body
Lovely long finish, sherry sweetness at first, later more like the aftertaste of coffee.
