- Thanks Henri!
- A whisky that impresses on the palate. The nose is good and a nice, but this shines on the palate.
Fresh pieces of apple, young pear, barley sugar, a bit of pine wood. There is this fresh coastal touch with minerals, earth and some salt even a hint of menthol.
The palate is an other game. Where the nose was fresh and still light, this packs a punch. So a start with chili pepper but after that a warm waxy feeling. Leather and oak. Peach, oranges and other citrus fruit.
Abricot and dried fruit. Spices like ginger and more oak. Some cold tea.
