Intense straw shimmers powerfully and mysteriously in the Premium Snifter. A syrup-like streak sticks to the glass wall from which a large number of long and oily drops are released. I enjoy watching the long "legs" on their endless journey back into the glass. Malty, slightly roasted cereal aromas come into their own with a hint of citrus fruits. Apricots and mirabelle plums mix with apples and pears, slightly caramelized sugar shows a slight floral touch. The nose looks very fresh and fruity at the moment. There is a minimal hint of rum pot, then the creamy and opulent fruit note increases and ends in sweet sugar and grassy aromas.
The first sip flows mildly and creamily through the mouth, yellow fruits appear, malty and slightly tart spicy wood tones come into their own. Grain flavors play with a pinch of cane sugar, grassy come into play against floral hints. At the moment I am licked by extremely long and oily streaks on the glass wall, the texture of this filling is impressive. Chubby warmth arises from dark apricots and mirabelle plums, a bitter stick sticks to the palate of yellow fruits and tart wooden elements. The floral and grassy basic tones blur the taste and aftertaste.
The dark fruit flavors stick voluminously and powerfully on the palate, I also reflect malt and cereals in the aftertaste. Meadow herbs and grass refresh the aftertaste, velvety and creamy the flavors then fade away relatively quickly. Hazelnuts and creamy wooden elements are minimal.
