Ripe yellow and red fruits as well as seared meat flow out of the glass immediately after pouring. After a while, the notes are wonderfully interwoven. A touch of disinfectant and a pinch of sweat. More time provides for further opening, dark, ripe and candied fruits go hand in hand with Barbecuenoten on the Lavagrill; speak mineral notes emerge. A hint of lemon is also in the background. Heat makes it fresher and more mineral.

Wonderfully balanced in the mouth, fruity sweetness, ashy smoke, fine tannins and everything dipped in fir honey. The mouthfeel is heavy and oily, the onset powerful, without burning.

Long, sweet and ashy, and reheating, he does too.
