    Nose:
Lemon cream roll, lime, eucalyptus. Some kirsch. Clear mineral notes of limestone, clinker and cement.
With water some rhubarb and kiwi.

    Mouth:
Lively, but also a little sharp in the beginning. Kiwi, limoncello, here too mineral notes that are reminiscent of a cement factory. Slightly grassy.

    Finish:
    Some vanilla, tangy citrus fruit.

    89/100

    Conclusion:
For me, a very appealing mixture of dry, mineral and tangy, citrus-fruity notes. The alcohol could be involved a little better

Simple, clear, distillate-driven, as Serge V. would say. Of course I can only find that a good thing with one of my favourites. And here, too, I would say: Today (almost) no one bottles sth. like this. Pity! Compared to the Rare Malts bottling, it's a little "dirtier", less polished. Which is also logical from batch to single cask. And that's exactly what I mean by non-objectifiable aspects.

A fresh spelled baguette. You can still smell the dough from the freshly baked bread. There are also mussels and lemon. As simple as it is ingenious. Distantly, a little “gas station” and “green field” come to mind.
    • Taste

This also manifests itself in the mouth. Citrus, grass, Lamp oil, ginger. Very clear, very pointed. I like it a lot.
    • Finish
      90 90
The paraffins and refined products quickly diminish. Lime is now added to the lemon. In doing so, it becomes dry. The punch from the ginger remains.
