Nose: Behaved spiciness on salty base with lemon, china grass, hay and straw. Slightly fresh, but not very fruity. Overall, kept relatively monotone with underlaid wood and flavors of a thin leather-balsamic-raisin mix.
Taste: Spicy and with more fruit than before. Herbs, wood, ripe grapefruit, some dry leather and light earthy notes. Creamy honey, caramel and some smoke.
Finish: Medium length - slightly dry and less fruit again. In addition, the spice decreases. Drying with notes of dry oak boards and soft honey.
Note: Soft and round from nose to finish!
