A few years later with the Christmas thought in the head a new attempt was given. Spiritus maximus but otherwise really not good. You feel cruelly caught.
Just like the outcome of the distillation process, the feints have been taken.

Disappointing and under matured. The cask doesn't seem to have had a good influence. The rubber and rotten egg tones are off-putting.

Nose

Initially soft en round with some herbs and spices (allspice, white pepper) butter, chocolate, soft metal tone, sour, honey, floral tones. In dilution a burned rubber tone and rotten eggs (H2S).

Taste

Very sharp and overpowering strength. A lot of honey, soft floral tones, malt sugars, grass, spices (coriander, pepper & allspice), musty, hint off chocolate, some butter.

Finish

Medium long with honey, allspice, pepper and rubber.
