    • Nose
Begins slightly stinging and fresh. Shoe grease and furniture polish come after. Grain and light floral notes are spreading. Green apple is there too. With some time in the glass, the notes are set. Freshly cut, unripe honeydew melon with caramel. Reminiscent of Frankish Bocksbeutel. I would not call my colleagues sweet or fruity. Rather tart, sparkling, fresh, sour. This dense shoe grease note always floats.
    • Taste
Mild, somewhat watery, harsh onset. The sourish purse note comes immediately. Slightly sweet caramel runs slowly. Immature honey melon and somehow flowery. A bit moulder, mineral taste pushes on. Soured must.
    • Finish
Short to medium. Fairly mild with subtle bitterness and a trace of licorice.
