A good whisky, very peaty. A powerful mouth, surprisingly chocolatey. What is left in the mouth this peat, these ashes .....
Peat, lemon and green apple. It's marine, then ashy, very ashy, a fishy side, smoked fish. It evolves quite a lot in time. There's something chewy here. Nice balance, really, between this playful and powerful peat and the drum.
In the mouth, it spades, but wow. Lemon on the attack, followed immediately by a strong chocolate and fruity. The peat then settles. Massively. Ashes again, smoked.
Long, really long, on peat.
